Two vases that carry the Louis Vuitton and Givenchy logos at first appear to be a nod to the very labels they depict, but they actually symbolize the signs of wealth and luxury that his working class family viewed as symbols of wealth and success on vases similar to the ones Rol\u00f3n\u2019s mother used to decorate their home. \u201cWhen you flip the vases upside down, you would see \u201cFine Regal China,\u201d explained Rol\u00f3n, who actually commissioned the porcelain makers who come from the same line that created porcelain for the Ming Dynasty to execute the pieces. He also used those same craftsmen to create intricately embellished decanters that his father had around the house.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/pearllam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Carlos-Rolon_Dzine-03.jpeg\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4516\" src=\"http:\/\/pearllam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Carlos-Rolon_Dzine-03.jpeg\" alt=\"Carlos-Rolon_Dzine 03\" width=\"650\" height=\"720\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pearllam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Carlos-Rolon_Dzine-03.jpeg 650w, https:\/\/www.pearllam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Carlos-Rolon_Dzine-03-270x300.jpeg 270w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div title=\"Page 1\">\n<p>Untitled, 2014<br \/>\nMirror and resin on aluminium panel<br \/>\n93.4 x 105.4 cm; 37 x 41.5 in.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Several of the pieces in the show are meant to emulate the rich wallpaper his family hung on their walls.
