Two weeks before The Armory Show was to open its doors, Nicole Berry, the new executive director of the now 24-year-old New York art fair, appeared unfazed at her upcoming debut. Berry, comfy in sneakers and a long cardigan in her Manhattan office so she could jump on a plane to Spain for an Armory Show event later in the day, eagerly spilled details of the prestigious show, which she took over just over three months ago.
