Michal Korman has dedicated his focus to the enchanting world of plants, drawing inspiration from the beauty of flowers, gardens, and surrounding nature. Infusing his work with sheer happiness, he translates this joy onto the canvas using flat solid oil paint chunks as both ornaments and motifs, creating a dynamic interplay of form and texture. Korman’s primary goal is to capture the excitement in the viewer’s eye, inviting them to immerse themselves in the captivating universe he creates. Commencing his artistic journey at the age of five in Slovakia, he developed his distinctive style characterised by graphic-like oil painting and completed the school’s curriculum in just two years. Recognised as one of the 100 Young European Creative People of Exceptional Talent, Korman continues to evolve his style, incorporating figurative motifs and graphic design elements. His intricate and vibrant depictions of botanical elements have become central to his artistic expression, captivating audiences with a sense of life and beauty. Currently residing and working in Paris, Michal Korman brings new vitality and freshness to the art scene with his mesmerising and ever-evolving style.

Pearl Lam, the founder of Pearl Lam Galleries says, “I am thrilled to welcome Michal Korman to the gallery. We are dedicated to cultivating and advocating for emerging artists. By doing so, we not only ignite innovation and expand the horizons of creativity, but we also strive to create a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the artistic community. I am eagerly anticipating the opportunity to support Michal and nurture his growth as an artist.”
